I LOVE YOU SO MATCHA.

I love me a good morning routine! A cup of coffee, a a good workout then off to work or to do whatever else New York City decides to throw my way.

Now though I am a die hard Starbucks fan, my pocketbook is not, so I have been trying to find at home alternatives that are not only affordable but aren't loaded with tons in tons of filler ingredients and sugars! 

A little over a month ago now, I yet again set out to test a new diet. For those who know me best they often laugh when they ask me, "okay, what diet are you trying now?!" Which I totally get. I'm a serial "dieter," that's for sure. However, every diet that I try is for the sole purpose of finding a solve to imbalances in my body that I struggle day in and day out with. I'm talking severe bloating, stomach cramps, fatigue, anemia, I mean the list goes on. I'll save why I chose the Ketogenic diet for the second time in a later post but for now check out my Keto-friendly Matcha Latte that I've pretty much had every morning for the past month, below!

Keto Matcha Latte

-1 tbsp Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil

-6-8 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk

-1 Tsp WithinUs Matcha Powder OR 2 Shots Espresso if Matcha isn't your thing! 

-2 Scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

-1-2 squeezes of SweetLeaf Vanilla Stevia 

-2-3 oz hot water
